- one 18.7 oz. bottle of Samuel Smith’s Organic Raspberry Ale
- 1.5 cups watermelon puree (store-bought or make your own)
- fresh mint leaf, diced very finely – add to taste
- zest of one lime
- juice of one lime
- agave nectar (sweeten to taste)
Heat agave nectar & mint leafs to boil; remove from heat, let cool to room temperature. Add watermelon puree, lime zest, lime juice & beer; stir gently. Pour into cups or ice cube trays and freeze 30 minutes, then add sticks, toothpicks or forks (as handles).
Freeze for another 3 hours, then remove & serve!
