Samuel Smith Raspberry Beer-sicle


  • one 18.7 oz. bottle of Samuel Smith’s Organic Raspberry Ale
  • 1.5 cups watermelon puree (store-bought or make your own)
  • fresh mint leaf, diced very finely – add to taste
  • zest of one lime
  • juice of one lime
  • agave nectar (sweeten to taste)


Heat agave nectar & mint leafs to boil; remove from heat, let cool to room temperature. Add watermelon puree, lime zest, lime juice & beer; stir gently. Pour into cups or ice cube trays and freeze 30 minutes, then add sticks, toothpicks or forks (as handles).
Freeze for another 3 hours, then remove & serve!
