Ingredients:
- 6 oz. Ayinger Brauweisse
- 1 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 1 Lemon wedge
- 3 Lime wedges
- 1 Orange wedge
- 0.5 oz. Simple syrup
- Garnish with orange wedge
Procedure:
In a 16 oz. glass muddle simple syrup, 1 orange wedge, 3 lime wedges, 1 lemon wedge
Fill with ice
Add gin
Shake
Add ice to fill 16 oz. glass to the top
Top with Ayinger Brauweisse
Tumble gently
Garnish with orange wedge
